Theme: Alternate Interpretations
What if the Pokemon we know and love had been based on different animals or items? What if Charmander, rather than a reptile, had been a rodent? What if the Eeveelutions were based not on furry predators, but reptiles?

So, I chose Ivysaur and mutated it into an avian creature!
...Though it seems to have Venusaur traits in that its wings have white speckles on them, but Ivysaur has dark green markings whereas its evolution does not.
